Well it finally happened. The computer died on me. After running Windows Update two nights ago I found out yesterday that my computer no longer wants to run. It will boot up windows fine, but for some odd reason it will not load programs. The problem seems to continue to degrade to now where even the "Start" bar no longer wants to run. I have gone through all of the concievable fixes, except actually re-installing the OS from scratch. Is it even worth it trying to re-install the OS? At this point I really don't think so........(10 minutes Later)I just tried for the heck of it to try to re-install windows, and I cannot even get the cd to boot up.
